1.1 The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Karachi Broast.
1.2 By placing an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Deviations from that stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are only valid when they are confirmed in writing by the management.
2. QUALITY
2.1 The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the restaurant.
2.2 If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken right away.
3. PRICES
3.1 Prices of goods and delivery and other charges on the Karachi Broast website are current at the time of display.
3.2 Karachi Broast expressly reserves the right to change the prices without notice.
3.3 Please note Karachi Broast accepts credit cards, debit cards and also offers cash on delivery.
3.4 All prices are indicated in Pakistani rupees.
3.5 All prices are inclusive of tax.
3.6 In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
3.7 Karachi Broast cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
4.1 Karachi Broast reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, such as the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price of the product or service or an error in your order. As there may be reasons why we cannot fulfill your order, your contract with us will only come into existence when we advise you that we have accepted your order and receipt of your payment has been confirmed.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION BY YOU
5.1 If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
6. INVOICES/RECEIPTS
6.1 At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a receipt on-screen containing your order number. This order number should be quoted for any enquiries you may have relating to your order.
